What is a backend and data hub?
A backend handles the data and logic behind a portal. A data hub connects information from your business tools so a team can use it in one place. The Launch package combines a custom portal experience, clear data usage, an essential practical environment, and launch support with a proper handover. Connections and permissions are agreed as part of the project scope.
How do chatbots, AI copilots, and AI agents differ?
